I have over 20 years of restaurant management including GM for Wolfgang Puck, Jeff Ruby Steakhouse, Acme Feed & Seed, Merchants, Boundry and Acapulco’s. I have also been Director of Restaurants, Beverage Director, Chef, and Service manager.

I have run successful fine dining restaurants in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Cincinnati, and Nashville as well as the casual concept Acme Feed & Seed (the 31st highest grossing restaurant in the country).  My commitment to hospitality, service, and quality of food and beverage has been featured in the following magazines: Restaurant Business Magazine; The Tasting Panel; The Nashville Scene; and Nashville Wine Press Magazine.  I have been featured in the book Beverage Biz is Show Biz and have been interviewed on the Podcasts Restaurant Unstoppable and Nashville Restaurant Radio.  My restaurants have consistently won best of awards in Nashville Scene and Nashville Lifestyle Magazines.
