I am a German born and raised certified Chef with 35+ years of experience.  For nearly three decades, I have been creating unique restaurant concepts and menus while running 13 themed restaurants.  I took courses at the University of Central Florida, concentrating on building a brand and multi-restaurant management.  I have successfully taught nearly 40 students in a chef apprenticeship program over the years, and I remain a Member of the Leaders Club in Germany.
