William H. Chef, F&B Executive

Miami, Florida

I consider myself as a “street” smart, common sense Chef/Restaurateur, retiring at 51 years old after selling a successful restaurant business.  A believe a simple, well thought out and realistic business plan is what I KNOW and I’m willing and interested in sharing this plan with you!

It’s also important to always note that listening is a much better way to sell than talking.

Remember…It’s not about what YOU want to serve but what THEY want to eat!

Relevant Experience and Accomplishments in the F&B/Hospitality Industry:

My license plate says “Chef,” if that says something?

I have visited 71 countries…so far.

Too many charity events to mention.

I’m a 3rd generation Chef

I participated in the Frankfurt Culinary Olympics.

Wall full of signed photograph’s…now in storage box, over that ego thing.

I’m happy to provide guidance and additional expertise in the following areas:  Labor, Food Cost & Efficiency Specialist, and Common Sense.
